Pipal- 2200D - a powerful and at the same time power saving DIN Rail PC!

IPC2U presents the Pipal 2200D – a powerful and at the same time power saving DIN Rail PC based on the proven Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz.

As the Pipal-2200D is maintenance free due to its fanless design, this system provides a cheap and nevertheless powerful solution for the usage in demanding industry environment. The system supports up to 2GB RAM.
Connection to field bus can be ensured by Realtek RTL8111C GigaLAN Controller with boot over LAN function.

Furthermore 2x USB 2.0, 3x RS232 and 1 x RS232/485 are integrated in the system. Optionally a 802.11b/g Wifi is available. There is a watchdog timer to ensure malfunction-free work. Data storage can be provided over 2.5“ SATA HDD or Compact Flash, respectively selectable as Master/Slave. Visualization can be ensured by DVI-I and VGA.

By the tightly screwable power supply of 12V DC and very compact form factor of only 56.5 x 130 x 180mm the device can be used as small engine control unit in environments with strong vibrations.
