IPC2U presents the PM-PV-D510/N450 PC/104 CPU boards. The boards differ in the processor: PM-PV-D510 is equipped with 1.66 GHz dual-core Intel® Atom™ processor D510 and PM-PV-N450  provides a 1.60 GHz Intel® Atom™ processor N450.   They can be very good used in digital signage, transportation infotainment, multimedia devices, kiosks, surveillance, and point-of-sales applications. 
  
Both boards PM-PV-D510/N450 have low power consumption PC/104 form factor that provide essential features in a low cost system. The high performance 45 nm Intel® Atom™ processor D510/N450 with a 512 KB L2 cache guarantees high speed data procession. In connection with the Intel® ICH8M chipset, which consumes only 5.5 W of power, the PM-PV-D510/N450 provide 1400x1050 (VGA port) and 1280x800 (LVDS) resolution.  
As the boards are based on small factor size they are perfectly suited for space critical applications. Additional flexibility is provided by a variety of operational systems supported by PM-PV-D510/N450:  Windows® XP Professional, Windows® XP Embedded, Windows® CE 5.0/6.0, Linux Fedora Core 6 and Linux Mandriva 2008. PM-PV-D510/N450 are equipped with versatile  I/O and storage interfaces, which comprise 1x RS-232, 1x RS-232/422/485, 4x USB, 1x SATA, 1x CompactFlash Type I/II slot, 1x GbE LAN and 1x PCI-104 slot.  Various graphics support through LVDS and VGA connectors allows connectivity to different display options.
PM-PV-D510/N450 are the cost-effective, high performance solutions for integration into a wide variety of industrial and embedded applications.
